The HR Payroll Services are provided by Eelco van der Veen; Eelco is our Managing Director and Senior HR Payroll Consultant. With over 13 years of experience and knowledge in the field of Payroll Processing; Payroll & HRM Software Implementations, Consulting and Training and also the related fields of workforce management, Performance Review and Document Management.

Meet Our Managing Director
Since 2008 and with a break of 2 years, Eelco started a whole new career in business administration software. He became a specialist in Payroll and HRM administration software in 2010. First at VCC International (distributor), in 2020 at Gamma IT Solutions (the developer) and in 2022 he started as an independent Senior HR Payroll Consultant.
He gained expertise in all facets of payroll processing and Payroll and HRM software implementation projects. He developed himself into an all-round HR Payroll expert.
After a short break as interim manager in the education sector, Eelco operates as Managing Director his consulting company: Xellent Consulting Agency B.V. in which he offers previous mentioned services on Curacao and Bonaire, however he also offers his services to other islands in the Caribbean region (Dutch Caribbean and West Indies).
